Recruiters using candidate search will only see a limited version of your profile, which includes some information from the overview profile and research tabs. On the overview profile tab, they can see your introduction, affiliation, lab membership, top co-authors, stats overview, research experience, education, and awards & achievements.  On On the research tab, they can only see your research items.
