At ResearchGate, we always want to make sure you — one of our 20+ million members — get the best service possible from our platform. That’s why we’re constantly looking for ways to improve, like updating our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the legal landscape or changes we have made to our service.

In this update, we added that we will now also be using Zendesk to process incoming inquiries that are sent to us using our contact forms. In an earlier update, we already informed you that we started using Zendesk, now we are rolling it out to more parts of our platform. Zendesk gives us the tools to better understand our users’ and customer’s needs, allowing us to offer help quickly and more effectively.
